Availability

All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn from sale at any time. If the goods are not supplied as specified within a reasonable period of time, we may offer a similar product or will refund you if the transaction is cancelled. We will notify you in advance so that alternative arrangements can be made. Fast Flues Limited will not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or any expenses caused by any delay in the delivery of the goods.


 Acceptance & Risk

Ownership for the goods purchased, will be passed on to the customer when the goods are delivered to your door. We will only deliver goods to the address on the order or to a pre-arranged address .Due to the high value of the goods; they will not be left without a signature unless previously arranged with Fast Flues Limited. From the time of receipted delivery of the goods, any loss or damage to the goods shall be at your risk. Any transit shortages and damages should be noted on the delivery consignment note at the time of delivery as this may prejudice your claim. Damages or shortages reported after 72hrs (Three Days) can not be replaced or refunded.
Back Orders: If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Installation Disclaimer

All products supplied by Fast Flues Limited are HETAS approved and covered by the manufacturer’s warranty providing they are installed correctly. Fast flues Limited recommend that only a certified HETAS installer should be employed when installing such equipment. Although at the time of purchase our engineers will be happy to assist you with your purchase, the responsibility for purchasing the correct items is solely that of the customer and as such Fast Flues cannot be held liable for any items ordered in error.   To avoid this Fast Flues Ltd strongly recommend the customer seeks advice from a HETAS engineer prior to making their purchase.

Tax Charges

VAT is charged at 20% on all orders made from the UK or the European Union.

Goods returned under the 14 days "cooling off period" will receive a full refund or replacement will be offered minus any carriage costs.  A full refund will only be applied if the items are returned in perfect condition, including the packaging, which will allow the re-sale of the item. We would recommend that any items returned to fast flues limited are covered with insurance for their safe return.  Damages caused by Courier transit will not be the responsibility of Fast Flues Ltd and as such a refund for damaged items would not be offered.

Goods returned after 14 days but within 30 days, then a refund will be issued minus a 20% restock charge*.
Goods returned after 30 days; we will be unable to refund*

We do not refund carriage costs for any orders unless the Items have been received damaged. 

All returns should be sent to Fast Flues Limited, 24 Hospital Road, Hammerwich, Staffs. WS7 0ED.

*Please note that we are unable to accept returns of Flexible Flue Liner for any reason.

Items returned which are not in perfect condition (this also includes the packaging) a reasonable deduction will be made from the refund to reflect this. Postage and packaging costs, including the costs of returning the items to us, will not be refunded. Credits for returned goods can take up to 28 to process. 

Short / incorrect / damaged / faulty goods

If goods arrive damaged, faulty or incorrect items have been sent, then we must be notified within three days after the delivery has been made.Damaged goods should be noted on the delivery paper work with the courier and preferably refused, rather than accepted from the driver.

Once we are notified of damaged or faulty goods we will endeavour to arrange collection of the items from you.
